My son tripped and fell into a window sill. He had a substantial bruise and a little swelling. I applied Arnicare Gel right away. Later the same day, he fell and bumped his head in the same exact spot on the sidewalk curb. There was immediate swelling to the size of a golf ball! I applied Arnicare and was sure that the huge bump and bruise was not going to go away anytime soon. I applied the gel one more time before my son went to bed. I was in the process of moving a double-size wooden box spring from a mattress set. I dropped the box spring on the top of my bare foot from a two-foot-tall bed frame.
