How to Use Arnicare
Arnicare Gel is non-sticky, non-greasy and is quickly absorbed by the skin. Arnicare Cream’s soothing effect makes it ideal for massaging sore muscles.
The recommended frequency of application for all Arnicare topicals is three times a day.
If after three days you show no improvement, we recommend consulting your health care professional. If your symptoms improve, and you would like to use Arnicare for a longer period of time, please consult your health care professional.
When applicable, use the RICE method (rest, ice, compression, elevation) for 20 minutes before applying Arnicare, provided the skin is unbroken. When using this product, do not bandage tightly or use a heating pad. If applying ice, wait for the skin to return to normal temperature before applying the product. As your treatment progresses, make sure Arnicare is no longer present on the skin before applying any more ice or a heating pad.
Ingredients & Formulation
Boiron Arnicare topicals contain Arnica montana 1X HPUS. Arnicare oral tablets and pellets are formulated with other homeopathic dilutions of Arnica montana, including 9C and 30C.
A homeopathic medicine’s active ingredients are listed on the product label in Latin, which is the international packaging standard.
HPUS stands for Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States. The HPUS defines the production and usage standards recognized by all reputable manufacturers and the federal government. It also establishes the first safe dilution level of homeopathic active ingredients used as OTCs for adults and children. Consumers should look for this acronym on labels of homeopathic products. It ensures consumers that the ingredients were prepared according to the high standards of this official guideline.
All Boiron Arnicare topicals are free of fragrances, dyes, and parabens. Arnicare oral tablets and pellets do not contain artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors, or preservatives.
A small number of people are allergic to plants from the daisy family, and therefore may be allergic to Arnica montana. Do not use if you are allergic to Arnica montana or to any of the product’s inactive ingredients.

They are manufactured in strict accordance with the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States (HPUS) and drug Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Today, homeopathic medicines are used by millions of patients and recommended by health care professionals around the world to relieve many acute health conditions such as allergies, coughs, colds, flu, stress, muscle pain, and teething.
